Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 4six platform — including but not limited to the website at 4six.ws, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products offered therein — you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the 4six platform without exception. Use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you access 4six on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

4six reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 4six platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4six enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and markets without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 4six, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 4six platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering an account, you expressly confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 4six reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time and to suspend account access pending receipt and verification of such documentation.

Account Registration

To access real-money products on the 4six platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all 4six accounts:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 4six platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if any details change.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. 4six will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials confidential.
4. Identity Verification (KYC). 4six operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. This process is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform.
5. Account Ownership. Your 4six account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4six accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed as active on the platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4six does not accept cash deposits or wire transfers through unverified third-party accounts.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotional offer.
• Deposits are processed in real time. If a deposit is not credited to your account balance within 30 minutes, you must contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) must originate from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to platform policy.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 4six reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard processing time for approved withdrawals is 1–3 business days. Expedited processing is not guaranteed.
• 4six does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Winnings generated through bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

4six offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded by 4six are subject to wagering requirements before they and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional offer details.
• One Bonus Per User. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per registered user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. 4six reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Time Limits. All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per offer.
• Withdrawal Before Completion. If a player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. The remaining real-money balance is still eligible for withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 4six platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all 4six products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4six does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed for sports betting markets are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in displayed odds or game results, 4six reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled early at 4six's discretion in circumstances where the integrity of the event or market cannot be assured.
• Casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and genuine randomness.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each product and may vary by market, game type, and account status.
• 4six reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or gaming session at its sole discretion, particularly where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4six platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a game or market.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including deposits or withdrawals through accounts registered in another person's name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or circumventing an account closure or self-exclusion.

Account Suspension & Closure

4six reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions or any platform policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for money laundering.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Following a self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 4six will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity policy.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not returned upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4six platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4six and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
